Bequest is a flat fee Intown Atlanta law firm run by Kristen Rajagopal. Kristen, who is originally from a Kentucky suburb of Cincinnati, graduated magna cum laude and with honors from Brown University. She received her law degree from the University of Southern California Law School, which is consistently ranked among the top law schools in the country.
Kristen has been an attorney for over 15 years and has practiced law at a number of prominent law firms in Atlanta and in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, and previously, as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. She has served on the Board of Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and on a number of Atlanta non-profit Boards. When Kristen is not running Bequest, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading novels, and chasing around her two sons and crazy dog.
Ansley Neseralla (nÉe armagost)
Associate Attorney
Ansley is an associate attorney in Bequest’s estate planning and estate administration practice areas. She joined the firm in 2022 and assists clients with establishing individualized and tax advantageous estate plans. Ansley also works with clients throughout the probate process.
Ansley grew up in Peachtree City, GA and received a BA, summa cum laude, with honors from the University of Alabama. After graduation, she realized her affinity for the Crimson Tide and continued her education at UA's top 25 law school. At UA School of Law, she obtained her law degree as well as an LLM in taxation. With her years of education and specialized knowledge in estate planning and tax law, Ansley aims to match each client with an estate plan that works best with their unique lifestyle.
Laura Kish
Senior Paralegal
Laura is originally from Clearwater, Florida, and graduated magna cum laude from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science. She also holds a Master of Architecture degree from Georgia Tech (go Jackets!!). She is the parent of three young adult children and an avid crafter, runner, and tennis player.
Marie Martinides

Marie grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia but currently resides in the Westside of Atlanta. She graduated from The University of Georgia (go Dawgs!!) and received her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science. Marie has a passion for serving and supporting others! When not working, Marie can be found working out with friends at Orangetheory, exploring new restaurants around the city, and spending time with her fiancé.
